Top ten reasons I'm glad I am a Mac "switcher" All valid reasons...but let's not paint too rosy a picture either. The three-fingered salute has gotten me out of a few scrapes, with no loss of data, no severe damage to life or limb (or hard drive), and no re-install of the operating system. Drastic measure? Yes, but it's better that staring at a spinning beachball of death when I'm trying to catch up on my newsfeeds, download my email and check the weather forecast with only five minutes to go before I run out the door to work.
