Excuses, excuses

Organ donor flap continues I have only one question: Since when was an autopsy not performed during an organ donation? Surely this procedure would answer any questions an investigation may have, or does this police department have another way of determining cause of death that the rest of the world doesn't know about? I'd be interested in hearing more about their criminal investigative techinques, but then again, maybe not. In any event, it seems this particular law enforcement agency has some serious explaining to do, and for good reason.
